Demon Genesis: Bloodmoon is provided by DAFU. By installing, accessing, or using the game, website, support page, payment page, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the game or related services. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will be posted on this page.
Use of the Game
You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these terms, applicable laws, platform rules, payment provider rules, and the rules of the app store where you downloaded it.
You are responsible for your device, account security, network connection, and any activity that occurs through your account or platform identifier.
Purchases and Virtual Items
The game may offer virtual currency, heroes, character fragments, upgrade materials, equipment, boosts, bundles, subscriptions, passes, ad-removal products, or other digital items. These items are licensed for use inside the game only and do not have real-world cash value.
Purchases may be processed through Google Play, an app store, card payments, digital wallets, or other payment methods offered at checkout. Your payment method, currency, taxes, fees, authentication, and settlement may be governed by the applicable platform, payment processor, bank, card network, or local payment method provider.
Subject to applicable law and the refund rules of the original payment platform, virtual items are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for money, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued as game features evolve.
Subscriptions and Renewals
If the game offers subscriptions, the price, billing period, benefits, trial rules, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the app store, payment provider, or account settings before the renewal date.
Deleting the game does not automatically cancel a subscription. You must cancel through the store or payment channel where the subscription was purchased.
User Conduct
Do not misuse the game, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the game except where allowed by law, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorized automation, manipulate purchases or refunds, harass other players, submit false support claims, or violate applicable laws.
We may suspend access, remove items, reset progress, restrict purchases, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe a user has violated these terms, committed fraud, abused refunds, or harmed the game environment.
Intellectual Property
The game, artwork, characters, UI, music, and related materials are owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.
Service Changes
Game features, events, balance, heroes, equipment, rewards, prices, availability, and content may change over time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game when necessary for gameplay, security, operational, legal, or platform reasons.
Payments, Fraud, and Disputes
Payments may be subject to fraud screening, authentication, payment status checks, chargeback rules, and dispute processes. We may delay or decline delivery of digital items if a payment is pending, failed, reversed, refunded, disputed, or suspected to be unauthorized.
If a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is opened, the associated virtual items, subscription benefits, or account access may be suspended or removed while the matter is reviewed.
Disclaimers and Liability
The game is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific gameplay outcomes, permanent availability of events, or compatibility with every device or network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the game, payment services, or related support services.
